Korban Rizal di pukul pakai stik golf kena dada tengahnya ujar saksi mata Zulfianto. Saksi mata teman korban Zulfianto di hadapan majelis hakim Arie Santio Rancoko SH MH. Mengatakan korban Rizal Simamora terjatuh bersama sepeda motornya setelah dadanya di pukul pakai stik golf oleh terdakwa ini ujar Zulfianto sambil menunjuk terdakwa yang duduk di kursi pesakitan sebagai terdakwa.

Kami abis acara bakar ayam jam 4 bubar pulang. Saya di mobil Brio ber dua imam. sedangkan korban naik sepeda motor RX King warna kuning di depan mobil yang saya berjarak antara 2 meter sampai 4 meter ujar Zulfianto di hadapan jaksa penuntut umum Gorut SH.

Korban Rizal bersama Dika setelah kena pukul langsung jatuh nabrak tembok. Korban pungsan berlumuran dari, Dika juga dalam ke adaan pingsan jelaas saksi mata ini mematahkan keterangan 4 saksi teman terdakwa Panji.
